Every destination, partner, and dive site is carefully selected by our fouders, drawing on years of industry knowledge to guarantee all of us safety, satisfaction, and adventure.
Each expedition is guided by our international team of instructors, ensuring quality, safety, and a healthy dose of fun both above and below the water. To enrich your experience, we also work with local divemasters who bring necessary knowledge of their native waters.

Chiara
FOUNDER & MASTER SCUBA DIVER TRAINER
Chiara is the care and smile of the Tribe, bringing experience and passion as a Staff Instructor and Master Scuba Diver Trainer. She began diving with her dad at 8 years old, and her life is dedicated to the ocean. She is a skilled instructor and mentor, having trained divers at all levels.

Chiara's diving career has taken her to some of the most spectacular corners of the globe, teaching and exploring in diverse regions such as the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Asia, and the Maldives. She serves the Divers Tribe, not only as a Diving Centre Manager, but also as an advocate for women in diving, empowering female divers to excel and thrive in the underwater realm. At the heart of Chiara's philosophy is a commitment to creating inclusive spaces for divers, ensuring that everyone can experience the wonders of the underwater world safely and passionately.
Jon
FOUNDER & MASTER SCUBA DIVER TRAINER
Jon is the heart and soul of the Divers Tribe team, bringing a wealth of joy and expertise to everyone that meets him. One of the most passionate dive professionals out there, Jon has amassed thousands of dives and specialises in tech, cave and sidemount diving.

Jon's diving journey began during a personal odyssey that took him from Singapore to Spain via hitchhiking. On his travels, Jon arrived in Perhentian Kecil Island in Malaysia, and from that moment on, he never looked back. His patient and encouraging teaching style ensures that divers of all backgrounds feel supported, empowered, and inspired to explore the underwater world. His passion for the ocean is matched only by his commitment to sharing with others.
