From March 13th to 20th, 2027 | Vessel “LEGEND ZEN”

Aboard the magnificent “Legend Zen”, we will visit the three southernmost atolls of this wonderful country.
We will dive in both hemispheres in just one week, as two of these atolls are located in the Southern Hemisphere. After a domestic flight, we will begin our route in Huvadhoo, diving its channels full of grey reef sharks in true Maldivian style, as well as enjoying the famous dive with the “spinners”. At this time of year, the southern channels should offer some of the best conditions for spectacular diving. We will also try to experience one of the South’s classic night-time encounters: the mighty whale shark.
The next atoll on this route will take us to Fuvahmulah Island, today one of the most famous islands in the world for diving with tiger sharks.
During these dates, it is also the season for both thresher sharks and oceanic manta rays.
To finish the trip, we will head to Addu Atoll, where we will dive the historic “British Loyalty”, a cargo ship sunk during the Second World War, and enjoy one of the Maldives’ most iconic animals: manta rays at the cleaning station.

One of the highlights of diving in Maldives is the chance to encounter great pelagic life. The majestic manta rays, schools of sting rays and eagle rays and a great variety of shark species - gray reefs, nurse sharks and, with luck, spinners, lemon shark, guitar shark, tiger and even bull sharks.
The channels and healthy coral reefs are home of abundance of abundance of every kind of reef life, including Napoleon wrasses, tuna, schools of barracuda and trevally, as well as octopuses, nudibranchs, and moray eels.
Choosing a liveaboard expedition will provide with access to even more exclusive dive sites to experience the best of what nature has to offer underwater.
